Jayde played shortstop for the Grapeland Sandiette sofball team throughout her high school career where she got All-State Shortstop and All-State Tournament team.

After high school she signed to play with the Louisiana College Lady Wildcats and got Academic All-Conference in 2015.  The Lady Wildcats finished 3rd overall in conference last season.
