  • Howdy! My name is Moises Santos, and I am a Music Educator. My passion has always been in the arts, which is why the hardest choice I had to make was whether to major in theater, art, or music in college! Music won out, and I dedicated myself to perfecting not only my abilities, but my teaching method as well. I graduated from Tyler Junior College in the spring of 2013 and Stephen F. Austin University in the fall of 2016. I went on to teach not only music, but core subjects as well. I personally believe that nothing worth doing, is ever easy and that a job done well the first time, does not require a second time. To some I may seem serious, but that usually means that I'm thinking of a new way to improve on something currently in development. So remember, if you don't see me smiling, it's probably because I'm thinking of the next great thing the Mighty Wind Machine Band can accomplish! SANDIE PRIDE, NEVER DIES!
  • I was born and raised in Grapeland, and graduated from Grapeland High School in 1981. I attended Sam Houston State University to obtain my teaching degree and have dedicated 25+ years of my life to teaching/coaching for Grapeland ISD. I have also worked for the Latexo, Slocum, Neches, and Palestine school districts during my career in education. I retired from teaching/coaching in Grapeland in May, 2022, but returned this year because a certified math teacher was never found to fill my position. I am currently teaching Geometry, Algebra 2, and Precalculus and have approximately 110 students total. I bleed maroon and will always do my best to uphold the wonderful traditions of Grapeland ISD! Go Sandies and Sandiettes!!

  • Welcome to English 1 and English 2! My name is Kelli Heath! I am entering my 8th year of teaching. Reading is a passion of mine and I hope to share that passion with my students. This is my first year as a high school teacher, as I have taught the majority of my career in middle school. I am a mom to five and a grammy to three. I love to travel and explore, spend time with my family, and watch students grow. I can't wait to see where this new adventure takes me and the students!
