| Monday August 27 | First Day of Class All students must have been promoted from previous grade level to be eligible for competition. |
| Friday October 5 | End of 1st Six Weeks Evaluate all student grades. |
| Friday October 12 | Students may gain or lose eligibility at end of school day based on October 5th grades. |
| Friday October 26 | Three Weeks Progress - 2nd Six Weeks Evaluate ineligible students. |
| Friday November 2 | Students may gain or loss eligibility at end of school day based on October 26th grades. |
| Friday November 16 | End of 2nd Six Weeks Evaluate all students. |
| Friday November 23 | Students may gain eligibility at end of school day based on November 16th grades. |
| Friday December 12 | Three Weeks Progress - 3rd Six Weeks Evaluate ineligible students. |
| Wednesday December 19 | Students may gain eligibility at end of school day based on December 12th grades. |
