On April 27, 2007 the Board of Trustees of the Grapeland Independent School District met in special session at 1:00 P.M.

The meeting was called to order by Board President, James Anderson.

MEMBERS PRESENT:           James Anderson, President

                                                Betty Bassett, Secretary

                                                Karen Bridges, Member

                                                Rickey A. Walker, Member

                                                Paul Oliver, Member

MEMBERS ABSENT: Eddie Childress, Vice-President

                                                Mitchell Huff, Member

The board went into executive session at 1:01 P.M.

Eddie Childress arrived at 1:10 P.M.

The board reconvened into regular session at 1:24 P.M.

Motion made by Rickey Walker, seconded by Paul Oliver to hire James Moore as Assistant Principal.  Motion passed.
